Not good, not bad

The drawings weren't bad but I woulda liked some more animation. The oddity of the scenario and tone of words coulda have been greatly emphasized with gestures and expressions.

The ambience was a little to loud so I kept debating turning my speakers up to hear or turning them down to avoid being taken by the bass. Not harsh, but I noticed it.

Not an ICP fan so, while I was very tempted to skip this, I appluad you on sparing us a musical number.

It's not bad, but there's a lot you can do with this animation to really make it funny. Think like Invader Zim and how expressive the characters are in their most insane moments. It really makes the scene.

Good effort though.

Atrocity to the atrocious

I love southpark. Why? Cuz it has 2 levels of comedy. Stupid fart jokes which we all secretly love and the intellectual humor buried deep below its surface away from condemning right wingers who don't see their own reflection in parody.

However...you have failed miserably to capture the latter and even the easy to achieve firstly mentioned.

Taking sound clips and pictures you didn't make and tweeking them is always risky when it comes to an animation. Using them appropriately takes time, talent, and planning...also a direction...this had none.

So yeah...don't do that again...

ever.

I wasnt atempting to make anyone actualy think this was a REAL episode! Thanks for pointing out the unbelievabley obvious.

Good, but lacking in the original

I love this song, what's more I love the original music video for this song. While most of yours was just a copy of that it was still done well, but coming close to the quality of the original is asking a bit much, so it does lower yours. However the animation was clean (and not tweened to death! yay!) and the graphics were decent. Nothing incredible but there were no shortcuts taken.

I feel to make this better though you should drop the demon parody since grasping how good it was in the original would be a pain in the ass. Despite good work.

Great audio. Animation is pullin it down though.

The comedy in the audio was incredible (a bit under tempo in the beginning though as it died in between scenes).

Even though I know this is a fairly long audio to animate to and it was all motion tweens, I feel you cheated a lot of poses and stances out of laziness not efficiency. The graphix themselves were ok, it was more the animation.

Artistically impressive...but the music is lacking

Amazing animation and graphics. Traced or not you knew basic things such as wide lines on the borders and etc... Great work.

My only problem with watching is that it had so much action and the music did not fit the energy at all. I know it is good music in the megaman world but I almost felt like it brought the piece in particular down since it just simply didn't work well with what I was seeing.

Despite impressive.

Mediocre, but certainly not bad.

Yur submission was a decent piece that I feel you could make better.

Graphics: Not bad at all. You were able to get a way with a lot of tweening do to the 3D element used for a lot of the vehicles and weapons, however this effect slashed with the 2D drawn images. Though it it was done much better than most #d inclusion attempts I've seen. Try and make the 2D better as I felt it lacking and having to little animation. Also make use of the 3D and have rotations added too. Unless al that 3D was generated in a 2D program.

Sound: the voice acting was bad...I know it's hard to find good voice acting and sound equip...but it was lacking. Also the music didn't feel like it had any impact. Get something more fitting and play with volume levels.

Despite, certainly a decent piece with potential.

Great character designs!

Good story with a fair basis of humor. Impeccable graphics with clear environments. Full effort for the full effect was put into this.

Great job.

I just don't get the lock thing

The lock crew and the clock crew rather confuse me in their style. I just don't get the humor in most of their jokes and the lack of decent artwork and any animating just leaves little to entertain me. Also the voices get to be a real annoyance after the first 10 seconds.

Maybe I'm missing the humor/entertainment aspect, but I feel these are made simply because they're terribly easy to make.

Certainly one of the better collabs

You've finally done something new with collabs...make everyone contain at least decent artwork. In fact most of it was quite good...though most of it traced (which still requires skill and time...Adobe Illustrator artists hear me here?).

However in most of them a lot of great art work was the general high point of the segment while the animation was lacking. A bit to many motion tweens when there shouldn't have been and a bit over use on the anime "flying lines" effect. Some of them were appropriately used, but not many. The best ones were actually those that had animated well versus the ones that were drawn best. My favorite actually being the Pokémon one do to how well it was animated and still maintaining legit graphix.

But, that's all cunstructive criticism, everyone involved did at bare minimum a good job none the less.

Full of effort but a bit short

Your graphics were decent, nothing spectacular but certainly not bad.

Your voice overs were once again in the same category. I personally would've liked better acting from the blue guy while still keeping the voice. It's good but it could be great. It's a great character.

Story was a bit cliché and predictable so it didn't perk me too much.

My main concerns were your animating. You were trying to do some very difficult things there especially with the 3D, which requires a lot of skill and knowledge to do so good effort nonetheless. However your perspectives were off and things did not flow smoothly. You need to make perspective points to endure that things can pull of that effect. I'm also assuming you did this with a mouse. While great work for a mouse, a pen tablet or vector lines will do you much better, vector lines and fills will be your friend if you have no tablet.

good job, but take more time. This piece had a lot of potential as well as flaws.
